I have spent a good amount of time editing this article, and I think it is very close to FA status False Prophet 16:40, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hi, FP. I briefly read through your article, and it appears that you cover a lot of ground, which is great. I would recomend to organize the content a little better. Right now, the article organization is very 'flat'; there are no subsections. You might want to put related sections together under a common heading. For example, you have different sections and pieces of info describing different parts of the draft process all over the article: some in the intro, some in the very end, and some in the 'tiebreaking' section in the middle. You could create a larger "Process" section, with an overall description of the process and sub-section describing particular parts of the process in more detail. Other section could be "Events leading up to the Draft", "History", etc.
- Hope this helps!

- Sorry the article is currently not close to FA status, I agree with CommonGround to expand the article. The lead needs expansion per WP:LEAD, trivia section needs to be removed or converted into the article, and it's better of too create a List of NFL Drafts article to replace the see also section of all those drafts, and needs refernces and footnotes. - Where is it held? What does it look like? Who is eligible to be selected? I know the answers, but many readers don't. There are a lot of unanswered questions in this article. -- Mwalcoff 23:39, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
I have made the edits suggested above, now what needs to be done? False Prophet 02:31, 8 April 2006 (UTC)
