I've listed this article for peer review because i'd like to take it to WP:FLC after input from the wider community. The list covers a topic which has been studied for a least the last 300 years (e.g. Reland in 1714). It was created three years ago, and has proven remarkably stable. I'm hoping to get feedback on what improvements could be done so it can have a better chance of passing at FLC.

- An interesting article about a topic I am not familiar with.
- My suggestions:
- the lead should be shortened Done
- there is no need to use so many bold texts (Filastin, Palaestina, etc) in the lead Done
- in many cases primary sources are cited without a reference to a scholarly work, which may contradict to WP:NOR Done
- it is not clear why the "British Mandate period" is the last section in the article: has not been the name "Palestine" used after this period? Done
- there are "harv errors" in the Bibliography section, suggesting that some scholarly works are not or are not properly cited in the main text (Adrien Reland, Martin Noth, David Jacobson) Done
- references 22 and 25 do not point to any scholarly work Done
- Great work. Congratulations. Borsoka (talk) 03:52, 17 October 2014 (UTC)
