Quicker way to revert vandalism; twinkle seems to be quite buggy on my hardware. —trey(wiki) 23:10, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Quicker and more efficient to fight vandalism with on WP:NPP and WP:RCP. Stwalkerstertalk ] 23:16, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

When on holidays/in internet cafes/other circumstances require, this is my confirmed alternate account. Would be useful to have rollback on it. Thanks, Daniel (talk) 23:24, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I spend quite some time reverting vandalism using Twinkle, and anything that speeds up this process would be useful

 Done Majorly (talk) 23:26, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Currently have used AWB and TWINKLE, reverted quite a bit of vandalism, ready for a slightly better tool. --Vox Rationis (Talk | contribs) 23:32, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Messed up the link (doesn't work with spaces). My apologies. I have fixed the addition of rollback. --Rschen7754 (T C) 23:35, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like user:east718 noticed and was able to grant the privilege anyway. Ioeth (talk contribs friendly) 23:37, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, that's an interesting bug, granting rights to a non-user. east.718 at 23:40, January 9, 2008
No, it's not a bug; I meant you gave the privileges to the correct user account in spite of the link being wrong. Someone changed the template, but then noticed their mistake and reverted it. Ioeth (talk contribs friendly) 23:44, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've corrected the template. --Rschen7754 (T C) 23:47, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Apparently User:Vox exists. --Rschen7754 (T C) 23:56, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Easier vandalism reversion. I (talk) 23:38, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't had a chance to install Twinkle, but I would like a quicker way to revert vandalism. Chaz Beckett 23:39, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Short version: reverting vandalism

Thanks for your consideration. rkmlai (talk) 23:51, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I work with a lot of high vandal articles and this would help Tirronan (talk) 23:48, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've been reverting a lot of vandalism lately, and seeing cases where one user makes multiple edits at once while doing their damage. Dstumme (talk) 23:49, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
There is a RFCU listed. My suspicion is that the RFCU was not done in good faith - is this correct? --Rschen7754 (T C) 23:51, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The RFCU is no longer in existance :) Daniel (talk) 23:52, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I fight vandalism almost everyday with popups and I'd like this quicker way to revert vandalism, considering I use a slow connection. Burner0718 (talk) 23:54, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've recently become involved in recent change patrolling and vandalism reversion using Twinkle and more recently popups and VandalFighter; having followed the discussion on rollback availability to editors, I believe it can help streamline reverting the more obvious/egregious cases. I revert a lot of vandalism; reverting via the Undo button multiple times can be very slow; Twinkle's rollback doesn't work on my browser/platform. Neparis (talk) 00:01, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Most of my edits have been related to vandal fighting in one way or another, i.e. RC and newpages patrol. I’m curently a Twinkle user, but I imagine that this tool would speed up the process. Thanks —Travistalk 00:02, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
