Article importance grading scheme
Label Criteria Examples
Top Subject is a "core" or "key" topic for Greek Life, or is generally notable to people other than students of Fraternities and Sororities. They define and determine the subject of the Fraternity and Sorority WikiProject. National Panhellenic Conference, North-American Interfraternity Conference.
High Subject is notable in a significant and important way within the field of Greek Life, but not necessarily outside it. Fraternities and Sororities with 30 active undergraduate chapters or members of a large conference such as NIC.
Mid Subject contributes to the total subject of the Fraternity and Sorority WikiProject. Subject may not necessarily be famous. Local Greek organizations, Greek honor societies. Specific members will not usually be Mid-importance.
Low Subject is not particularly notable or significant even within the field of Greek Life, and may have been included primarily to achieve comprehensive coverage of another topic (such as a chapter listing). Articles on local chapters, which should normally be avoided, will usually get a Low-importance rating. Fraternity sub-pages, such as lists of chapters and lists of members. Individuals who are noted as being members will be marked as Low-importance.
