From discretionary sanctions to contentious topics

I would like to review the proposed change on Wikipedia:Edit warring#Other revert rules first line as WP:ARBCOM updated discretionary sanctions to become contentious topics on December 2022.

I propose the following change (highlighted in bold) from

Additional restrictions on reverting may be imposed by the Arbitration Committee, by admins under Discretionary sanctions, or by the community under General sanctions.

to

Additional restrictions on reverting may be imposed by the Arbitration Committee, by admins under contentious topics procedures, or by the community under General sanctions.
