Thoughts moving onward...

[edit]

Well, I had a really great day! Nice to meet so many people in person and learn so much. If you have a quick look at my profile page there is some info about the issues I kept banging on about! I'll add more soon and am working up the main Culture-historical archaeology and Archaeological culture articles in sandboxes. There are lots of things I thought of last night that I wanted to share with you all but many now escape me... One that you might like to look at is http://www.temporalmapping.org/. It's in very early beta but is an amazing tool for understanding spatio-temporal patterns in archaeology (currently it only looks at early holocene britain). If people have questions I'd love to keep the conversation going! PatHadley (talk) 09:30, 14 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Latest picture upload

[edit]

I just uploaded the last 40 or so pictures I took (that were worth uploading) onto the commons. They have all been categorised into the Franks House GLAM event so please feel free to take another look and see what can be used or expanded on.--Discott (talk) 21:27, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Great, thanks! They are indeed the best photos of the day. I've cropped a couple & added/changed stuff. Altogether we have a really good collection there. Johnbod (talk) 12:51, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks John. I look forward to the next event. Hopefully by then I will have a tripod and some lighting to give the pictures some depth.--Discott (talk) 15:55, 30 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
