Ongoing initiative

[edit]

It seems like this effort is (a) a great model for other potential initiatives and (b) would be a very important contribution as an ongoing project. I hope the organizers might consider continuing their work on this project and continue improving and contributing to Wikipedia in this way. I have been watching from the sidelines just gobsmacked with delight at the whole thing! Well done! -- Erika aka BrillLyle (talk) 14:07, 24 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

BrillLyle: I for one have been continuing writing biographies of Antarctic women. There are still many red links on the main page as well as in related articles. My recent additions can be seen at Wikipedia:WikiProject Women in Red/Meetup/20.--Ipigott (talk) 17:46, 13 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
