Pete Brock

Since Pete Brock is listed as falling under the purview of this working group on its article talk page, I'd figured I'd ask about it here. I'm wondering whether some others might take a look at this because it looks to have been recently edited by two accounts that might be connected to Brock.Although I believe the subject probably meets GNG, most of the recent additions are unsourced WP:PUFFERY and promotional speak.I've done some rudimentary clean up but would like some other input before removing much of this new content. Most of the images that have recently been added also have issues and have been nominated for deletion over on Commons. FWIW, I only stumbled across this article because one of the recently added images was added to the same line as a section heading, and this was causing the heading to not display properly. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:39, 5 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Disputes on article for "Barrett Watten"

There are several disputes for the professor and poet Barrett Watten. See the Talk:Barrett Watten and Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard#Question_about_a_professor's_article if you want to catch up. There is a possible COI editor who is possibly very close to the subject and is very heated on the talk pages. They have repeatedly stated the involved editors do not know what we are talking about when it comes to editing articles for poets and authors, so I'm reaching out here and on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Poetry to address this concern of theirs.
