Solicit Interest for Article for Florida's 500th Anniversary
[edit]Communities all across Florida will be planning celebrations and activities surrounding our state's 500th anniversary. Whereas the anniversay is based around the landing of Juan_Ponce_de_Leon in April of 1513 there are other heritage events that will be included. As an editor and writer here at Wikipedia I am looking for other editors who would like to cover this topic and the history that goes with it. If interested, let's set up a talk page where we can discuss creating topics around this special anniversary and the History_of_Florida.
