Lalaklu (Persian: للكلو)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Marhemetabad-e Jonubi Rural District of the Central District of Miandoab County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Gug Tappeh-ye Khaleseh.[5]
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,397 in 318 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 1,731 people in 418 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,640 people in 464 households.[2]
