It has been free for a while, but there is micropayments for certain items!

This article is a mess

[edit]

What is this article about? It includes information about both an MMO Videogame and a Korean band (I think). The article speaks of both the game and the Korean band in no particular order, without mentioning what it is talking about. It seriously needs editing. Maybe one of those "disambiguation" pages? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.76.145.134 (talk) 14:45, August 25, 2007 (UTC)

Well now it's only two sentences. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Xeysz (talkcontribs) 00:39, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Actually it's a manga, Tokypop releases manga in other countries. The manga of the game I assume. 79.67.190.135 (talk)

Fair use rationale for Image:Archlord.jpg

[edit]

Image:Archlord.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Free to play stuff

[edit]

Can everything that you can buy also be gotten purely though in-game actions? Is there anything about this game you can't get/do with the free version? --Lijnema (talk) 17:00, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well, since nobody else is answering...I don't remember anything you absolutely had to pay for. I might be forgetting something (haven't played in a couple months), but I think you could get it all from other players with gold. Lots of gold. As for "free version," it's identical to the pay version. The pay element is in microtransactions where you pay for Chantra, in-game currency, to buy items with (which as I said, you can get from other people). If you pay for an Archlord box, what you are getting is the free version plus a few Chantra. That's what they gave everyone that bought the game, once they went free. --67.110.221.100 (talk) 05:21, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, thanks for the reply. :) --Lijnema (talk) 10:02, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Critical reception

[edit]

I've added a critical reception section - before anyone accuses me of POV, there is an "average" review here [1] but I'm not sure if this is a WP:RS, and I'm too tired to write it up now anyway. Marasmusine (talk) 12:03, 7 February 2009 (UTC) After consideration, I'm happy with the reliability of MMOHUB, so will try to implement this review. Marasmusine (talk) 14:46, 8 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have played the game for several years now and yes most of the things that you can buy cannot be gotten naturally. Also it is quite easy to play the game to the 50th lvls without using Chantra Credits ( cc ) however beyond that and due to the rampant glitching of items to be competitive with the other players you will need to buy items.

Ben X

[edit]

Should it be mentioned that this is the video game used in the movie Ben X? Iminrainbows (talk) 02:03, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes it should —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.96.98.48 (talk) 21:43, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
