Tiers?

[edit]

If there are tiers in the game, can someone put what tier and location they are on? I'm doing a school project about it and i need the tier numbers and locations. (173.216.28.54 (talk) 23:47, 16 December 2009 (UTC))[reply]

More songs confirmed from a instore Gamestop Poster

[edit]

http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c116/goldspringman/0809091346.jpg

I took this picture while visiting one of my local Gamestop stores here in Orlando, FL. The poster seems to confirm a few more songs not announced for the game. I added them to the list of songs, but I want to make sure we can find a more verifiable reference for them besides my picture. Any help? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.189.60.178 (talk) 00:09, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Playable Characters

[edit]

IGN has posted a video of Country/pop artist, Taylor Swift, doing motion capture. Also a picture was released of Taylor Swift animated. This proves that Taylor Swift will be in Band Hero. This is her first appearance in a rhythm/music game. Band Hero's new songs?

[edit]

the comment before mine looks pretty invented, lol. However, I saw in a website (I can't remember it's link, I'm looking for it) that the following songs would be in the game:

  • Spaceman by The Killers
  • Pictures Of You by The Last Goodnight
  • Mr. Jones by Conting Crows
  • Absolutely (Story Of A Girl) by Nine Days

not sure if the last ones are in the game but as soon as I find the link I'll post it, just put this to inform —Preceding unsigned comment added by GastroTV (talkcontribs) 22:16, 6 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

More songs from Kotaku

[edit]

Source - If somebody wants to double check when I'm done that I didn't miss any that'd be awesome. -- TRTX T / C 14:48, 1 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Quick check shows its the same list as above? --MASEM (t) 14:51, 1 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Expansion Game?

[edit]

So does this mean that you have to have another Guitar Hero game for this to work, or simply that it is sort of like a spin-off of Guitar Hero? Princess-pink95 (talk) 13:58, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, it's a standalone game, a spin-off of GH. --MASEM (t) 14:10, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think we've got the whole list yet...

[edit]

According to Kotaku, the Band Hero demo now available on XBL includes the song "Paralyzer" by Finger Eleven. I noticed none of our sources have this song. -- TRTX T / C 15:51, 15 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I felt like that was new. But yes, we have yet to have a single source confirm the full is (as there has been done with Lego Rock Band recently). --MASEM (t) 15:54, 15 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Destructoid has the full list including Paralyzer, http://www.destructoid.com/here-s-the-full-list-of-tracks-for-band-hero-152231.phtml . Also, the list above would be correct. ROMaster2 (talk) 01:31, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

http://www.spinner.com/2009/10/16/band-hero-tracklist-revealed/

Both setlists for console and Nintendo DS lite was released several hours ago in the above website. If anybody wants to add the songs to the table in the article, that would be sweet. Thanks. — RyanCross (talk) 03:00, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Songs are up, though I've not tried to link beyond band names. --MASEM (t) 05:14, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I did a run through and discovered none of the ds songs are in the consol versions, whats up with that.NTC TNT (talk) 21:05, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Except for "Crazy Little Thing Called Love." It's probably to encourage people to buy both versions of the game. Zeldafanjtl (talk) 13:51, 19 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No Doubt

[edit]

I took all of the sources but none talk about no doubt playable characters, could you tell me exactly where it says thatNTC TNT (talk) 21:39, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It *was* in the ROlling Stone article but they seemed to ahve removed that at some point, but the demo confirmed they are in the game in the exit splash screen. --MASEM (t) 21:50, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, i take care of a list of the characters and i had saw that on hear and had checked, but i wanted proof.NTC TNT (talk) 21:39, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If they will be in the game shouldnt we have another source by now, i say it proubly was a miss typeNTC TNT (talk) 01:34, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Take a Picture" Filter

[edit]

Can anybody confirm if this is a live recording or if was re-recorded for this game because it sounds way different then the original version on the "Title of Record" cd i have. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.76.208.70 (talk) 17:46, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Move soundtrack

[edit]
I'm moving the soundtrack back. The problem is that there is minimal development information for the game (in the same manner as Smash Hits). There is no need to split off the soundtrack for this purpose. (This is part of an issue with maintaining the Guitar Hero featured topic) --MASEM (t) 05:11, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
