Queens

[edit]

In the section about Queens, it is stated that: "Queens, also called the originals, are the first chiropterans. In any given generation, there are always two Queens, who are female twins born from one of the last Queens, and they are naturally antagonistic with one another." Shouldn't that be edited, as every queen can give birth to two children. There doesn't seem to be a reason why the number would have to stay at two mature queens, as it should theoretically be possible to raise the number up to the double amount of children each generation. 01.23.2010 15:25 CET —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.27.229.82 (talk) 14:26, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I believe it was stated in the series that once one of the Queens has Children, the other is somehow rendered infertile, so that there is always just two Queens. I'll recheck it though. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 17:08, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
During Saya's final battle with Diva it was revealed that giving birth made the blood of a queen impotent (that is, once Diva had children her blood no longer affects Saya and, presumably, cannot make Chevaliers). Maybe that is what you are thinking about. Saya's blood clearly continued to function normally up until the end, so I would think she still could reproduce (of course this would require a living Chevalier of Diva) ...
