More sources

[edit]

I've done my due for now, but please do expand, and especially pls do bring in additional sources. Any Google search for vinum Gazentum, Gaza wine, Ashkelon wine, Gaza jar, Ashkelon jar, Michael Evenari, Yavne wine industry, Shivta wine, Nessana wine, Mamshit wine - they all will produce good material & sources.

As you can glance from the list of searchwords and mainly from the art. stub, the topic is huge and with many ramifications: climate events, trade after collapse of empire, impact of religion on human activities, Muslim conquest, perhaps Early Muslim period and attitude towards wine, desert farming, long-range trade, and so on. This one product is key to many issues. Cheers, Arminden (talk) 02:33, 5 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
