I have just created this article, and immediately tagged it for cleanup. The reason is that I had to create the article to give some context to my previous article, Ofer Prison, in order to explain what Ofer Prison really is and why it exists, etc. However, I am not an expert on this subject and there's not much info on the internet, therefore the article is fairly poor and poorly-written.
