This is a list of artists and the titles of their number-one albums in order of total number-one albums in the Albums Chart since it began in 1960. To qualify for entry on the list, they must have ten or more number one albums.

The Beatles has amassed 15 number ones on the Albums Chart, more than any other artist in history. American singer Michael Jackson holds the record for the most number-ones albums by a male artist with 14, while American singer and actress Cher holds the record for a female artist, also with 14.

The Beatles topped the Albums Chart with 15 releases and spent 234 weeks at number one with 12 studio albums, 1 EP and 2 compilations, more than any other artist in music history. The Beatles holds the record for the most consecutive number one albums with fourteen and the most consecutive years (eight) charting a number one, from Please Please Me (1963) to Let It Be (1970). The Beatles are also the only act in history to have four self-replacing number one.
Michael Jackson topped the Albums Chart with 14 releases and spent 162 weeks at number one with 6 studio albums, 4 compilations, 2 soundtracks, 1 remix album and 1 reissue.
Cher topped the Albums Chart with 14 releases and spent 123 weeks at number one with 9 studio albums and 5 compilations, more than any other female artist.
Madonna topped the Albums Chart with 13 releases and spent 114 weeks at number one with 10 studio albums, 2 compilations and 1 soundtrack.
Elton John topped the Albums Chart with 12 releases and spent 116 weeks at number one with 9 studio albums, 2 compilations and 1 soundtrack.
Led Zeppelin topped the Albums Chart with 10 releases and spent 122 weeks at number one with 8 studio albums and 2 compilations.
ABBA topped the Albums Chart with 10 releases and spent 106 weeks at number one with 5 studio albums and 5 compilations.
