Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Route 902, Victorian Bus Route, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chelsea railway station. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Important (read before sending a new topic)

I will be taking a break off wikipedia from 30th November 2022 to December 20th 2022 I may use wikipedia to collect information but i won't be editing where it wont be needed nor I will be using my talk page.

So anyways what happened? You might understand how frustrating it is when someone wants you to delete your work. Well that happened to me but with two wikipedia pages 901 (PTV Bus) and 903 (PTV Bus). With people wanting the page to be deleted with their illogical points espacially User:Whpq and User:Trainsandotherthings who see deletion of these pages as the only solution. If you do have any enquiries between the date this comment was posted and 30th November I will try to respond. If you have enquiries from 30th November and 20th december please post them but note i won't address them before 20th December. I just want to forget about this and move on anyways thank you NotOrrio (talk) 03:22, 28 October 2022 (UTC)

Hello, NotOrrio,

I was wondering if this WikiProject is still going on. I work with categories and I was wondering whether or not those involving this WikiProject would still be needed. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 00:09, 1 December 2022 (UTC)

all members have withdrawn from the wikiproject so there isnt really a need to keep it or even the wikiproject it self NotOrrio (talk) 00:34, 1 December 2022 (UTC)
Hello? You started a victorian transport page without consultation anywhere, then another user started the australian transport page without consultation, and quit on the spot over a very trivial issue - if it was put through a process as required at the link that you have deleted - it could be put to the australian editing community, and at least a wider discussion could in fact be processed as to the suitability of the project. There is a need for such a project and you must understand that there are editors other than yourself who would be interested to be involved. It is better to recuse yourself from any judgement about the process - as you show no sign of having looked at project council or its requirements. JarrahTree 06:37, 3 December 2022 (UTC)
Well, it looks like all of those concerns are moot as the WikiProject is already over and done with. But advice for any future WikiProjects you want to launch. Liz Read! Talk! 05:45, 4 December 2022 (UTC)

City Loop article

Hi NotOrrio. I've recently discovered that you have been rebuilding the City Loop article. Just had a few pointers to send the article in the right direction.

-The city loop is not a subway. Its a piece of infrastructure on a commuter rail line

-The loop itself isn't a rail line. It's a piece of infrastructure. In the infobox, Connecting lines, Operator(s), and Rolling stock implies that the tunnel is its own train line. In the history section of the infobox, Commenced implies that the rail line commenced operations in 1971, not when construction began (also it isn't a rail line- its infrastructure). Rebuilding the Cranbourne railway line article

Hi NotOrrio. As promised in this discussion, I will now begin to rebuild the Cranbourne railway line article. I can still spot numerous issues, especially pertaining to spelling, grammar, and referencing, amongst others. I will remove the article from the list of GA nominations and begin work shortly. Once this work has been completed I'll renominate the article for GA status. During this time, preferably do not edit the article, instead you can make suggestions in the talk section of the page. Now sure if you are aware of Template:Rwsa, very useful for adding links to Australian stations. Eg:

  • {{rwsa|Toorak}} instead of [[Toorak railway station|Toorak]]
  • {{rwsa|Armadale|m}} instead of [[Armadale railway station, Melbourne|Armadale]]

Make adding links easier. --ThylacineHunter (talk) 06:25, 9 February 2023 (UTC)

Victorian transport symbols

Hi @NotOrrio. Thanks for the work you are doing to rebuild and update the Melbourne train stations article. Just for reference, here is the correct (as done throughout wikipedia and PTV messaging) order of Victorian transport symbols for the connections column of the table. When you add these symbols, keep them in the correct order just adding or subtracting the ones that aren't necessary.

Traditional symbols Other symbols (not as common/for private companies) All together in one row

It is strongly advised that you ask for help. Almost every message you make has spelling problems - you either need to have a spellcheck or grammar check, as to set up a major project like the Australian Transport project, it is well worth asking for help. JarrahTree 08:52, 13 June 2023 (UTC)

A standard for Melbourne train station articles

Hi @NotOrrio. Thanks for all the great progress you have made with updating articles about Melbourne train stations. As we are pretty much the only two people updating Melbourne station articles, I'd like to create a standard that ensures that all of these articles are similar. There is another similar structure that has been created for Singapore MRT stations which I drew inspo for the Melbourne one. I've created the essay which you can view here. If we both work to this structure, it can feature on the Australian Transport Wikiproject as something that the Victorian community follows.

Let me know your thoughts on this so we can formalise the structure, use it on new articles (that we rebuild) and update GA to align with the new structure. HoHo3143 (talk) 12:43, 14 June 2023 (UTC)

A barnstar for you!

The Original Barnstar
Hey! You’ve had a few articles fail and I know this is disappointing. I just wanted to say that while some failed, that doesn’t mean they weren’t still valuable contributions. Well done on the ones that passed and good luck fixing the few that failed. Thanks for all your work and cooperation. — MaxnaCarta  ( 💬 • 📝 ) 22:25, 23 August 2023 (UTC)
